Buying a home can be an exciting yet daunting experience, let me make it smooth and enjoyable for you. Practicing Real Estate since 2004, I have been fortunate enough to help hundreds of clients get into their dream homes. Once we make contact, we can set up a Zoom meeting for a consultation. Virtual showings are presently working for many of my clients, we can look at properties together directly on the MLS (Multiple Listing System) and discuss each one individually. By looking at all the photos, virtual media, drone video and Google maps we can, by process of elimination, select the top 2-3 properties to go out and view in person. This way of working with buyers is sure to be the future of Real Estate. There has not been a better time to be in the market as a buyer, the interest rates are the lowest they have ever been in history.
